Gummicube Raises $830K in Seed Funding


Gummicube, a San Jose, California-based Big Data analytics for mobile and the app stores, raised $830k in seed funding.

Backers included Golden Seeds and F50 Venture Partners.

The company is using the capital to introduce its software.

Founded in 2011 by mobile startup veterans Dave Bell and Anh Nguyen, Gummicube provides DATACUBE™, which offers marketers and app developers’ big data analytics capabilities for the global App Stores. Its interface identifies consumer trends and delivers real-time competitive intelligence necessary for mobile marketing campaigns. DATACUBE also allows users to automate keyword and phrase selection using proprietary semantic algorithms for an App Store Optimization Strategy.
