AgileCraft, an Austin, Texas-based provider of software for scaling agile to the enterprise, raised $10m in Series A financing.
The round wad led by private equity firm Crane Nelson with participation from former Bank of America senior executives Jim Kelly and Tim Arnoult.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, geographic expansion and product innovation.
Led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Steve Elliott, AgileCraft provides a platform that allows users from executives to engineers to align entire organizations around common goals and objectives while providing actionable views and metrics.
It offers real-time data to enable and align strategic planning, analysis, forecasting and execution across portfolios, programs and teams allowing customers to keep tools like Atlassian, Microsoft TFS, Rally, HP Agile, IBM Rational Team Concert, Version One and others in place.
