17hats Raises $1.25M in Seed Funding

17hats17hats, a Pasadena, CA-based provider of business automation software for micro businesses, raised a $1.25m in seed funding.

The round was led by Wavemaker Partners, with participation from a number of strategic entrepreneurs and angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its software.

Launched in October of 2014 by Donovan Janus, CEO, 17hats provides a business management app for solopreneurs. Its system includes basic CRM, project management, calendaring, quotes, contracts, invoicing, time tracking and bookkeeping. With its workflow feature, users can automate many repetitive tasks.
