Silicon Valley-based investing platform AngelList has released its statistics for 2014.
$104m was raised by 243 startups, from 2,673 investors. The biggest rounds were Beepi ($2.8m), MD Insider ($1.5m) and Life 360 ($1.2m) with follow-on investments from (and syndicates investing with) top vcs.
More than 110 syndicates currently operate on the platform. In recruiting, 115k candidates and 8k companies produced over 200k matches.
Co-founded by Naval Ravikant and Babak Nivi, AngelList is a platform for startups to meet investors, talent and incubators. The company had raised a $24M round in 2013.
