QD Vision, a Lexington, Massachusetts-based developer of color technology for televisions and monitors, raised a new funding of undisclosed amount.
Backers remained undisclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, particularly by expanding sales and marketing operations in China and its product portfolio extending its color technologies to the fullest range of hardware and content platforms.
Founded in 2004 and led by Steve Ward, newly appointed Executive Chairman, and Seth Coe-Sullivan, Founder and Chief Technology Officer, QD Vision is a leader in quantum dot display technology for QLED displays. The company has raised more than $75 million in financing from venture capital firms.
