FilterEasy Raises $1.2M in Seed Funding

filtereasyFilterEasy, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based membership service that delivers air filters when it’s time for them to be changed, raised $1.2m in seed funding.

The round was led by Azure Capital, RTP Capital, and other angel investors.

Led by Thad Tarkington, co-founder and CEO, FilterEasy operates a delivery service that provides homeowners with American manufactured filters to their doorstep on a one, two, or three month schedule, acting as a physical reminder for homeowners to change their filters.
With FilterEasy, members can select the size of filters in the home, choose the quality of filters, how often they’ll be changed, and then filters arrive at home as needed.
As a 2013 graduate of tech accelerator The Iron Yard, FilterEasy officially launched in the spring of 2014.
