Button, a New York, NY-based developer of deep linking technology for mobile customer acquisition, engagement and monetization, raised $12m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from Greycroft, DCM, Atlas, and VaynerRSE – and new investors Slow Ventures and NBA Commissioner Emeritus David Stern. In conjunction with the funding, Redpoint’s Chris Moore will be joining Button’s board.
Button provides a deepLink commerce platform that enables smart connections between apps that drive installs, increase engagement and facilitate mobile commerce.
The company now intends to use the funds to scale operations. It is hiring.
