Truly Wireless, a San Francisco and New York-based provider of a business voice platform, raised $1.4m in seed funding.
Backers included Index Ventures, Greylock Partners, Boldstart Ventures, Eniac Ventures and a group of angel investors.
Founded by Erol Toker in 2012, Truly Wireless provides businesses with a platform that combines features of VoIP with on-premises PBX through a mobile app. It leverages wireless networks including Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile.
The company is an Angel Pad alumni.
