Mobile Health Engagement Strategies Secures Investment from Fulcrum Equity Partners

Mobile Health Engagement Strategies, LLC (MHES), a Roswell, GA provider of mobile health engagement solutions to life science companies as well as payor and provider organizations, secured a growth capital investment from Atlanta-based Fulcrum Equity Partners.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The new financing will enable MHES to expand its current operating infrastructure and establish other key business relationships necessary to fulfill existing and future client obligations.

Led by CEO Sharon “Shae” McBride, and Kurt Janson, Chief Business Officer, MHES is the parent company of NSITE and Remedium, which operate as distinct business units. NSITE provides a therapeutic-category diverse mobile solution that creates educational media channels designed to engage and retain an ongoing connection for clients with targeted healthcare providers (HCPs). Remedium focuses on payor and provider organizations, using the same mobile platform to communicate with members to improve health outcomes and manage medical spend.
