Kaymbu, a Cambridge, MA-based education solution that enables teachers to document and share visual learning moments from the classroom on iPad, raised funding from NewSchools Seed Fund.
The amount of the round was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand across North America.
Led by Kin Lo, founder and CEO, Kaymbu offers a solution that includes all software, web services and iPad devices for schools to allow teachers to document and share anything from the classroom with children’s families. They can take and share pictures, videos and contextual notes for internal documentation and secure communication with families.
