Gallop Labs Raises $2M in Seed Financing

Gallop-logoGallop Labs, a New York City and Toronto, Canada-based prescriptive mobile marketing platform, raised $2m in seed financing.

The round was co-led by Golden Venture Partners and Mantella Venture Partners, with participation from Allen Lau of Two Small Fish Ventures and CEO of Wattpad, Albert Lai, CEO of Big Viking Games (previously founded Kontagent) and Jennifer Lum, Founder of Adelphic Mobile (previously at Quattro Wireless, acquired by Apple).

The company will use the funding to scale the platform and expand adoption globally.

Led by Karthik Ramakrishnan, Co-Founder and CEO, Gallop Labs provides a platform that aims to improve the mobile user management lifecycle including the acquisition, retention, re-engagement, and monetization phases. It analyzes a variety of first party data (marketplace and app analytics) and third party campaign data to derive insights to inform marketing activities. Based on marketers’ business goals, the solution identifies retention risks and engagement opportunities, creates audiences and targeting parameters, and then prescribes marketing actions.

Customers includes AccuWeather, The Associated Press, Rithm, and The New York Times.
