CellTrust Corporation, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based provider of collaborative secure mobile communication solutions with tracing and archiving capabilities, closed a $10.5M Series A funding.
Backers included Kayne Partners, the growth private equity group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P.
The growth capital investment will enable the company to extend its infrastructure and expand its team.
Led by Sean Moshir, Founder and CEO, CellTrust provides SecureLineTM technology which includes secure voice, secure SMS, and a Mobile Business Number to enable customers to create a true dual persona on their mobile device with two completely different phone numbers on a single SIM.
