Bergen Medical Products, a Cedar Knolls, NJ-based medical device manufacturing company developing novel and innovative surgical medical device products, closed a a $1.825m Series A financing.
The round was led by Golden Seeds and was syndicated with Jumpstart New Jersey Angel Network.
Led by President and CEO, Robert Laudadio, and Melissa Vinci-Rainis, Vice-President & COO, Bergen Medical is developing novel medical devices targeting surgeries in the OR and trauma in emergency departments.
The company will now use the funds to increase its manufacturing capabilities and preclinical work required for the FDA filings and further expand into other therapeutic areas.
