Pendo, a Raleigh, NC-based provider of an engagement platform for product managers, raised $1.025m in seed funding.
The round was led by Core Capital Partners and Contour Venture Partners with participation by IDEAFund Partners and angel investors including Brett Queener, President and COO of Smart Recruiters and former EVP of Salesforce.com.
The company intends to use the funds for growth and customer adoption.
Led by Todd Olson, CEO, Pendo provides product teams with a platform to increase engagement by learning insights into customer and user behavior in their products and enabling a series of actions including inserting interactive messages in their products. These actions leverage behavioral data to create a personalized experience for all users. Installed by adding a snippet of code into any web application, it is now available to the public as an open beta via its website at: http://www.pendo.io.
