eBrevia Raises $1.5M in Seed Funding

ebrevialogoeBrevia, a Stamford, CT-based enterprise solution for automated contract review and analytics, raised $1.5m in seed funding.

The round was led by Connecticut Innovations ($500k), with participation from The Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut and other private investors.

Founded by CEO Ned Gannon, Adam Nguyen and Jacob Mundt in 2011, eBrevia has developed machine learning technology that aims to bring accuracy and efficiency to contract review and analytics to corporate lawyers, in-house law departments, financial institutions and commercial real estate companies. In addition to transaction-based applications, customers can also use the software to extract and track obligations in their existing contracts.

The company also is a portfolio company of Columbia Technology Ventures.
