Newtopia Inc., a Canadian health and wellness company, received an investment from Argo Group US Inc.
The amount of the investment was not disclosed.
Led by Founder and CEO Jeffrey Ruby, Newtopia uses behavioral science and genetic information to build highly personalized lifestyle plans for disease prevention. The company work with corporations and brands to improve the health of risk-assessed individuals while lowering health care costs. Its programs and products are available across the United States and Canada.
In addition to investing, Argo plans to pilot Newtopia’s platform within its Argo Group US employee base.
