London and Manchester, UK-based investment firm Inflexion Private Equity closed two funds, at £1.05m in total.
In details, the vehicles are:
– Inflexion Buyout Fund IV, which secured commitments of £650m, and
– Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund I, which secured commitments of £400m to make minority investments solely in the UK mid-market.
The funds will invest between £15m and £75m in high growth, entrepreneurial businesses led by ambitious management teams and partnering with them to accelerate growth.
These closing follow a record 12 months for Inflexion, in which the firm invested in five businesses and exited a further four, including the successful IPO of FDM Group which generated a 16.2x return.
