arago AG, a Frankfurt am Main, Germany-based specialist in IT automation, received a minority investment from KKR.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
KKR will support the company’s global expansion.
Managed by founders Chris Boos (CEO) and Dr. Bernhard Walther, arago provides AutoPilot, a knowledge-based automation platform that enables companies to automate their entire IT-Stack, including heterogeneous IT environments and individual applications.
Its technology is used by large corporations with complex IT systems such as banks, telecommunication companies, IT service providers and outsourcers.
