Addiction Campuses, a Brentwood, TN-based provider of addiction treatment programs, closed an additional round funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by United Community Bank, AC Real Estate Holdings, Harpeth Ventures and other unnamed local angel investors.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand operations. It opened a new Texas campus as a part of a five year strategic plans to expand into 8 to 10 more states, both through acquisitions and establishment of new programs.
Led by CEO Brent Clements, Addiction Campuses provides a program that uses a campus environment, industry experience and clinical personnel to treat the disease of addiction for life.
The newly opened campus in Texas includes 60 beds on over 40 acres of trails and trees, lakes and wildlife. It also features a Tranquility Treehouse and an eleven line adventure course where experiential adventure therapy will take place as a part of the Addiction Campuses comprehensive treatment strategy to stop the cycle of rehab relapse.
This is its third campus expansion since opening its doors in May 2014. The first two campuses that were acquired and developed are Addiction Campuses of Tennessee (ACTN), Spring 2 Life Campus, located in Murfreesboro, TN., and Addiction Campuses of Mississippi (ACMS) located in Southaven, MS.
