Watchful Software, a Medford, NJ-based provider of data-centric information security solutions, received an equity investment from Hudson Fairfax Group, LP.
Hudson Fairfax joined existing investors Critical Ventures, SA and SGPS, SA. In conjunction with the financing round, Manish Thakur and Katherine Priestley of Hudson Fairfax Group will join Watchful Software’s Board of Directors immediately.
Formed in 2012 and led by CEO Charles Foley, Watchful Software provides RightsWATCH, a data-centric information security solution that ensures that sensitive information can only be used by those that have express authority to do so, and TypeWATCH, an advanced persistent e-Biometric software solution.
