Sentrix Secures over $6M in Funding

Sentrix_LogoSentrix (formerly Foresight-Air), a Kfar Neter, Israel-based provider of solutions that protect against known and unknown cyber attacks, secured more than $6m in funding.

Backers included Magma Venture Partners, Cedar Fund, Israel’s Chief Scientist program (OCS) and Board members.

The company is using the funds to grow operations.

Founded in 2011 by Ofer Wolf, CEO, and Israel Barak, Sentrix provides cloud-based, context-aware website security solutions that protect websites against data breaches, as well as known and unknown cyber attacks including: DDoS, OWASP Top 10, Defacement, Zero Day and more.
The company, which has opened its first US office in Boston, MA, has appointed Zeev Bregman as Chairman of the Board. He is the former CEO of NICE and Comverse.
