Backers included Anthemis Group and existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product offering and grow its customer base.
Founded by Adrian Rands, QuanTemplate provides a cloud platform for wholesale insurance and reinsurance information to be analyzed and communicated between interested parties. This allows underwriters and brokers to conduct all operational activities online, from importing rich, internal datasets to building sophisticated models required for analytics.
