Loxysoft Group, an Östersund, Sweden-based newly formed provider of support systems for contact centers and contact-intensive activities with focus on sales, received a SEK25m investment from Inlandsinnovation.
The company used the funds to acquire Dolphin Software from Verdane Capital and Via Venture Partners and further expand into additional markets.
Led by Tobias Sjölander, CEO, Loxysoft Group provides a complete suite including software, hardware, infrastructure and expertise for contact-intensive operations and selling organizations. With the acquisition of Dolphin, the company expanded its product portfolio with Dolphin Contact Center, which is used by contact centers worldwide for incoming calls, ProScheduler, a staffing system that helps businesses optimize and streamline their staffing, Dolphin Q, a complete contact center solution for those who use Microsoft Lync as a communication platform, and Social CRM, which manages communication and surveillance operations via a single interface.
Loxysoft has sales of SEK 140m and approximately 100 employees located in offices in Stockholm, Goteborg, Oslo, Östersund and Bracke.
