Backers include unnamed private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to develop its platform and expand in the US, where it launched its NY-based subsisdiary, Experenti Inc.
Founded in 2014 and led by Amir Baldissera, CEO, and Michele Marzola, Chairman, Experenti provides an experiential marketing platform based on augmented reality, geolocation and proximity marketing to allow businesses to engage and build loyalty with customers and stakeholders.
The company has already partnered with large brands in design, fashion, manufacturing, communication, and tourism industries.
