CommonFloor.com Raises $30M in Funding

cf_logoCommonFloor.com, an India-based real estate portal, received USD $30m in a new round of funding.

The round was raised from their existing investor Tiger Global.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its marketing and operations across the 18 cities where it is present and expand to 22 new markets in India.

Launched in 2007 by Sumit Jain, Lalit Mangal and Vikas Malpani, CommonFloor.com is an online service that combines property search, apartment management and vendor management.
The platform allows users to search for an apartment, interact within an apartment community, connect to relevant service providers. With property listings from 120 cities, it has over 1 lakh residential projects listed with it.
The company, which is also backed by Accel Partners, has a team of 900+ employees in offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, Mysore, Kolkata, Mangalore.
