365Scores Secures $5.5M

365scores365Scores, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based mobile sports application company, secured $5.5m in funding.

The round was led by LETA Capital, Cedar Fund, Titanium Investments and other private investors. In conjunction with the funding, Alexander Chachava, Managing Partner of LETA Capital, will join 365Scores’ Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the social environment for its sport fans.

Led by CEO Ami Sirkis, 365Scores provides an app that surfaces sports content from tweets to blogs and scores and delivers it in 20 different languages to sports fans around the world. It provides real-time score updates and other breaking news via notifications.
