SnobSwap.com, a Washington D.C.-based based fashion-tech startup, closed its $700k seed financing round.
Backers included SimplePitch and private angels from the fashion industry (including an early investor of Net-a-Porter.com) and investment firms.
The company intends to use the funds to launch its mobile apps, enhance the web platform, business development, and marketing.
Led by Elise Whang, Co-Founder and CEO, and Emily Dang, co-founder and CMO, SnobSwap is an online platform to sell, swap and shop pre-owned designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories.
