Druva, a Sunnyvale, CA-based developer of an inSync endpoint data protection and governance solution, completed a $25m Series D funding.
The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners and Tenaya Capital.
The company, which has now raised $67m in total, intends to use the funds to expand R&D efforts, diversify the product portfolio, and further grow into global markets.
Led by Jaspreet Singh, founder and CEO, Druva provides data protection and governance solutions for laptops, tablets and smartphones to 3,000 enterprise customers and has 2.8 million devices in 76 countries under protection. Customers include Dell, Hitachi, Kronos, Pfizer, Reckitt Benkhiser, RHI, Shire and hundreds of other organizations.
