OpenDoor, a San Francisco, CA-based home buying startup, raised $9.95m in a first round of funding.
According to TC, The round was led by Khosla Ventures with participation from SV Angel and angels Max Levchin, Sam Altman, Aaron Levie, Garry Tan and Alexis Ohanian.
The company intends to use the funds to launch outside California.
Led by Keith Rabois and Eric Wu, OpenDoor is an online home-selling service aimed at helping home buyers streamline the sales process of real estate.
The company, which recently emerged out of stealth mode, promises to receive an offer online and close in 3 days.
