LogRhythm, a Boulder, Colo.-based security intelligence company, raised a $40m equity financing round.
The round was led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from existing investors Adams Street Partners, Access Venture Partners and members of senior management, along with new investor Piper Jaffray.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate investment in product development, sales and marketing and customer service.
Led by Andy Grolnick, CEO, LogRhythm provides a unified Security Intelligence Platform unifies SIEM, log management, network forensics, host forensics and advanced security analytics to detect the highest priority threats and enable teams to focus resources on the areas of greatest potential impact.
The company has operations throughout North and South America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
