Liquid Environmental Solutions Raises $31.6M in Series C Funding

Liquid Environmental Solutions, an Irving, Texas-based non-hazardous liquid waste services company, raised $31.6m in Series C funding.

The round was led by ABS Capital Partners. Following the financing, ABS Capital Managing General Partner Phil Clough will join Liquid’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue their growth, with targeted acquisitions and greenfield expansion of their national wastewater collection, treatment and recycling network.

is a collector of grease trap waste and an operator of non-hazardous wastewater treatment facilities in the United States.
The company specializes in collecting and treating a variety of commercial and industrial liquid waste streams, such as grease trap waste, used cooking oil, grit trap and oil-water separator waste, landfill leachate, industrial process waters and food waste, and extracting them for beneficial reuse. It operates a fleet of over 150 vacuum trucks and tanker-trailers and manages its customers’ nonhazardous wastewater treatment and disposal.
