The round was led by Google Ventures with participation from former CEO of ISS Tom Noonan.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand sales and marketing efforts.
Led by Scott Voigt, CEO, FullStory provides a customer experience analytics platform for product and support teams to better understand good and bad customer experiences by allowing website owners to record, replay, and analyze realworld user sessions with high fidelity.
The company integrates with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Desk.com and HelpScout.
Customers include Hubspot.
