entegra technologies, inc., a Plano, Texas-based provider of customizable, modular tablets, closed a $2.5m equity funding.
TWV Capital Management‘s Texas Women Ventures Fund II, L.P. and Texas Women Ventures Fund-Side, L.P. made the investment.
The company will use the capital for the launch and initial production of its CrossfirePro™ tablets, a modular platform for commercial mobile tablet users.
The CrossfirePro™ tablet is engineered to perform in all environments, indoors or out, hot or cold, wet or dry, and can be upgraded by swapping out individual pieces to incorporate new technology options.
It is available for order now with deliveries beginning in July 2014.
