Investment firm Edison Ventures has rebranded as Edison Partners.
According to a written note, the new name unifies the firm’s investment strategy with the people and partnership approach behind it.
Led by Chris Sugden, Managing Partner, Edison Partners provides growth-stage businesses ($5 to $20 million in revenue) in financial technology, healthcare IT, interactive marketing, and enterprise IT industries with equity and a platform, consisting of strategic advisory, the Edison Director Network, and executive education programs.
Investment objectives also include buyouts, recapitalizations, spinouts and secondary stock purchases.
The firm is based in Lawrenceville, NJ, New York, NY, McLean, VA and Cleveland, OH, and currently manages more than $850 million in active investments throughout the eastern United States.
