Predictive Edge, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of a web platform for marketers to execute e-commerce personalization, testing and targeting, has been acquired by Dropbox.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. They said that their current product will no longer be supported.
Founded in 2010 by Kevin Liu, Steven Wu, Marty Hu, Predictive Edge provided a cloud-based platform that allowed marketers to manage banners, images, and text using a single interface.
The company had raised funding from Great Oaks Venture Capital, Nat Turner and Zach Weinberg.
