CTERA Networks Raises $25M in Series C Financing

cteraCTERA Networks, a Palo Alto, CA-, New York, NYC, and Petach Tikvah, Israel-based provider of a Cloud Storage Services Platform, raised $25m in Series C financing.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Benchmark Capital, Cisco, and Venrock. In conjunction with the funding, Adam Fisher, a partner at Bessemer will join CTERA’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate adoption of its platform and build out its global go-to-market organization.

Led by Liran Eshel, co-founder and CEO, CTERA provides a Cloud Storage Services Platform provides organizations with a cloud storage solution to combine enterprise endpoint backup software, enterprise file sync and share software, and cloud storage gateway appliances. As a platform, Its technology enables clients to sync, serve and protect data from one centrally managed solution that is deployable on the cloud infrastructure of their choice.
The company, which serves more than 21,000 businesses across a number of industries, including financial services, banking, advertising, telecommunication, utilities, manufacturing, etc., is hiring across all functional areas.
