TeamSupport Raises $1.25M in Funding

TeamSupport, a Dallas, Texas-based provider of customer support software for B2B technology companies, raised $1.25m in funding.

Technology investors from Dallas, New York, Atlanta and Toronto participated in the round.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations through increased marketing, sales and the addition of several new leadership positions.

Founded in 2009 and led by CEO Robert C. Johnson and COO Eric Harrington, TeamSupport is a Web-based help desk application specifically for external-facing customer support. It recently released an all-new business intelligence platform, offering reporting capabilities that take support metrics to a whole new level and allow support teams to gain deeper customer insights in real time.
Customers include AT&T, Comcast, the National Basketball Association (NBA), FujiFilm, the American Lung Association, Walmart and several other Fortune 500 software and technology companies.
