Spotlight Ticket Management, a Calabasas, CA-based provider of a platform to manage, distribute, and market company ticket assets, closed a $6m round of growth financing.
The round was led by Point Judith Capital, with participation from Coyote Ridge Ventures and City National Bank (which provided a facility).
Led by CEO Tony Knopp and CRO Joe Greiner, Spotlight provides a cloud-based platform to manage, distribute, and market company ticket assets, using mobile apps, CRM tools, platform integrations, and their SaaS offering. The solution, which currently hosts over 9 million tickets annually, helps companies of all sizes use the tickets they own, market tickets to their staff and customers, buy the tickets they need, and stay compliant with all federal, state, and local regulation.
Partners include the current Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, the NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs, and AEG, the owner of the Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings.
The company has offices in the Washington DC area.
