Outracks Technologies, a Oslo, Norway-based provider of cross-platform content creation tools, secured $3.5m in funding.
Backers included Northzone and Alliance Venture.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its platform, which is currently in closed beta.
Led by Anders Lassen, CEO, Outracks Technologies is a creative tool suite and Integrated Development Environment used by programmers and designers to create multi-platform apps and visual experiences Based on Uno, a hybrid CPU-GPU programming language, the solution exports applications for all major mobile and desktop operating systems, as well as WebGL and HTML5 for all browsers.
