Next Step Living, a Boston, MA-based provider of home energy solutions, received $25m in Series D funding.
The round was led by new investor Braemar Energy Ventures, with participation from VantagePoint Capital Partners and Black Coral Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its expansion into new markets.
Led by founder and CEO Geoff Chapin, Next Step Living provides informed advice, funding guidance and expert work to more than 400 municipalities, civic organizations and corporations to deliver energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for better living.
The company operates in Massachusetts and Connecticut with more than 800 employees.
