hyperWALLET Systems Inc., a Vancouver, BC, Canada-based provider of cross-border corporate payment solutions, completed a growth equity financing with Primus Capital.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds to expand sales and marketing initiatives domestically and abroad, and address additional end markets.
Led by Lisa Shields, founder and CEO, hyperWALLET provides online and mobile payment, international payments, card products and financial technology solutions to global corporations and financial institutions including more than 200 credit unions.
The company also has an office in San Francisco.
