Epoxy, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of tools for video channel management, received $6.5m in Series A financing.
The round was led by Upfront Ventures and Time Warner Investments. Previous investors included Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, Advancit Capital, Greycroft Partners and Robert Downey Jr.’s Downey Ventures.
Led by Juan Bruce, co-founder and CEO, Epoxy provides online video creators, brands, and agencies of all sizes with a social-focused video tool to control content, connect with fans on social media, enabling social distribution and audience engagement.
It integrates YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
