Dynamic Yield, a New York, London and Tel-Aviv-based developer of a real-time website optimization and personalization platform, closed a $12m Series B funding round.
The round was led by Marker LLC, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors and the New York Times Company, as well as ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG (which will market Dynamic Yield’s product in Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
The company intends to use the funds to expand globally, grow its London and New York offices and open a new office in Germany.
Led by Dynamic Yield CEO Liad Agmon, Dynamic Yield provides a SaaS “ad server” for content which allows marketers to create landing pages, promotions, campaigns, content, personalized per user in real-time, and customize their CMS. The solution optimizes over 2 billion website pages every month and delivers promotions, content and calls-to-action to more than 120 million website visitors.
