CRMnext, a Mumbai, Maharashtra, India-based global CRM (Customer relationship Management) product company, received a strategic investment from Norwest Venture Partners (NVP).
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to grow globally and increase its research and innovation portfolio.
Led by Nishant Singh, CEO, CRMnext provides a global CRM solution to manage sales, marketing and customer service across the organization. The company, which has a leadership position in more than nine industry verticals including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Entertainment, Energy, Manufacturing, etc., works with its customers in Asia Pacifc, Africa and Middle East regions.
In India today, all the top 3 private banks such as ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank and HDFC Bank use CRMnext. Other customers include Pfizer, Max Life Insurance, TATA AIA, Reliance, CRISIL (S&P Co.), Fullerton Financials, Bajaj, IIFL etc.
