Mimosa Networks, Inc., a Campbell, CA-based provider of last mile gigabit wireless technology, raised $20m in Series C funding.
The round was led by existing investor New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Oak Investment Partners.
The company, which has now raised $38m in total, will use the additional capital to expand its wireless product line, and ramp global sales growth.
Led by Brian Hinman, co-founder and CEO, Mimosa employs advanced Wi-Fi technology to design and manufacture gigabit wireless platforms for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) demanding fiber speed networks.
Its product offering will be launched later this year.
