I and love and you, an all-natural total pet care company, received a growth capital investment from Chicago-based Winona Capital Management.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for additional business growth.
Led by Steve Ball, CEO and Co-Founder, and recently hired Brett Atkinson, Vice President of Operations, and Zach DeAngelo, Director of Sales, I and love and you is a leader in the ultra-premium pet food and pet care market. It offers a Total Pet Care Solution with natural products such as healthy food, treats, chews, supplements and remedies. New product launches and retailer partnerships are expected to be announced in summer 2014.
The initial investment partner of the company, Revelry Brands, which has supported the company since its launch in 2012, will continue to hold majority ownership.
