ExtraHop Closes $41M Series C Financing

ExtraHopExtraHop, a Seattle, WA-based global provider of real-time wire data analytics for IT operational intelligence, closed a $41m round of Series C financing.

The round was led by Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), with participation from existing investors Meritech Capital Partners and Madrona Venture Group, as well as private investors including Sujal Patel. In conjunction with the funding, Ted Coons, Technology Crossover Ventures, is joining its board of directors.

The company, which has now raised $61.6m in venture capital, intends to use the funds to expand into new geographic markets.

Led by Jesse Rothstein, CEO, ExtraHop provides real-time wire data analytics. Its Operational Intelligence Platform analyzes all L2-L7 communications, including full bidirectional transactional payloads, providing correlated visibility for application performance, availability, and security in complex and dynamic IT environments.
The company serves customers spanning industries such as healthcare, ecommerce, financial services, and information technology.
The list includes Lockheed Martin, Morgan Stanley, Concur, Purdue Pharma, and McKesson.
