Datalogix, a Westminster, CO-based platform that connects online ads to in-store sales, closed a $45m round of equity financing.
The round, which added to the recently announced investment in Datalogix by Jim Breyer’s Breyer Capital (read here), was led by Wellington Management Company, LLP, with participation from existing investor Institutional Venture Partners (IVP).
The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its suite of audience and measurement products.
Led by CEO Eric Roza, Datalogix provides core infrastructure that allows brands to reach audiences of buyers across display, video, mobile and social and measure the offline sales lift resulting from digital marketing campaigns.
The company’s expertise spans the major consumer segments, including Retail, CPG, and Automotive.
