Backers included Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, James Alexandre and W.A. Hitschler. The amount of the transaction remained undisclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand global marketing and sales efforts.
Led by Keith Phillips, President and CEO, Voxware provides the Cloud Voice Management Suite (VMS), which enables enable organizations’ employees to speed through tasks, boost their operational productivity and improve customer experiences without an on premise IT infrastructure.
