CloudGenix, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based networking startup, raised $9m in Series A funding.
Backers included Charles River Ventures and Mayfield Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to bring its product to market and to build out its commercialization strategy.
Led by CEO Kumar Ramachandran, CloudGenix develops Software-Defined Enterprise WAN (SDEwan) which virtualizes enterprise networks and securely connects users and high performance cloud and data center applications, while reducing remote office infrastructure requirements.
